Quick Take

After testing the Nuwave Brio Plus 8 Qt air fryer for several weeks, I can confidently say this is one of the best-designed air fryers I've used. The first thing that impressed me was the build quality — the new 2025 design feels modern, the touch screen is extremely responsive, and the bright LED display is easy to read from across the kitchen. Performance-wise, it's fast. The Turbo Convection system really does make a difference. Foods like chicken wings, fries, and vegetables come out evenly browned and perfectly crisp without needing extra oil. I also love how quiet it is compared to other large air fryers I've used. The PFAS-free ceramic coating is a huge plus for me. Nothing sticks, cleanup takes seconds, and I feel better knowing it's free from harmful chemicals. The temperature controls are precise, and being able to adjust settings on the fly without pausing is incredibly convenient. What surprised me the most is how versatile it is — I've used it to toast, dehydrate fruit, bake small batches, and of course air fry everything.
